DID I FAIL TO MENTION R.D.SPAIGHT WAS ALSO REPRESENTATIVE OF N.CAROLINA WHEN HE ATTACHED HIS SIGNATURE TO THE BILL OF RIGHTS ??? SOMETHING HE AND ANOTHER WERE "AT ODDS OVER" WHICH LED TO A "DUEL" AND R.D.SPAIGHT LOST HIS LIFE THAT DAY !! STANDING UP FOR "EQUAL RIGHTS OF AFRICAN SLAVES" SO MY FAMILY HAS ALREADY "PAID THE PRICE OF REPARATIONS" PERSONALLY........
