The TSRA is joining with the National Rifle Association to promote a "Castle Doctrine" in Texas, which will remove this onerous restriction from the books, and also remove the ability of criminals or their families to file nuisance lawsuits if they are injured or killed while committing a crime.

  1. Absolutely! If the White House can't abide by the laws, and protect Americans then the States need to follow the laws, and protect themselves. Maybe we wouldn't need guns, if the Government would follow the laws already in place.
