At a time when the high cost of transportation fuel brings to a halt the business of trade then it becomes necesarry for the government of the people for the people and by the people to take control of the gasoline market and bring down the high cost of fuel. By doing so the market begins to see consumer fuel being guzzled down the turnpike as if it were water. controls can not be implimented, The free market must continue on a supply and demand base. But what becomes of a society whose used to traveling freely and without restrictions ? Only to be discovered that doing so causes fuel shortages and higher prices. The control of your own destiny is in your wallet and how much can you spend ? OR  do you stand idle ly by as auto workers at the factory lose thier jobs to robots and auto sells drop like a rock resulting in closed factories and foreclosed homes and more become dependant on welfare . So Dont buy gas on Mondays, Wedsnsdays, and fridays ever again !
