Wait a minute ! Didnt they have 2 hurricanes there last year ? What happened to ALL that water that was dumped by the storms ? If NOW there is a loss , The only explaanation would be "POOR" Management techniques ! Corp of engineers in Texas Have been successful in ALL the other methods to contain the resevoirs ! Why NOT these two lakes ? Lake Buchannon and lake Travis have possible been over looked as corp engineers never imagined the lakes dipping so low before ?
