These live amoung U.S. !
Recently in a Purdue University class, there was a discussion of the
qualifications to be President of the United States. The qualifications
are simply that, a candidate must be a natural born U.S. Citizen and be
at least 35 years of age. One girl in the class voiced her opinion on
how unfair the requirement was to be a natural born citizen.
In short, her opinion was that the natural born citizen requirement
would prevent many capable individuals from becoming president.
Some of the class seemed partial to her argument but even their jaws
hit the floor when she wrapped up her argument by asking,
"What makes a natural born citizen more qualified to lead this country
than one born by C-section?"
Yep, these are the same 18-20 year-olds that just elected Barack Obama
as President of the USA.
What could possibly go wrong in the future?
